44,131 SF Cal Med Facility in Vacaville Awarded LEED Silver

The new 44,131 SF, 64-bed mental health treatment facility was designed to provide designated outpatient treatment and therapy space for mentally ill inmates. The project recently received LEED Silver certification for its energy efficient highlights. This outpatient treatment center was a new building addition to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s (CDCR) California Medical Facility (CMF) in Vacaville, CA.

Roebbelen was key to the CDCR’s first LEED Silver project in 2010, the Salinas Valley State Prison in Soledad, CA.
