Estimating Department-What We Need On & Before Bid Day
Submit your scope letter 24 hours prior to bid time. Please ensure your quote also includes:

Company Name, Office Location & Address
Contact Name, Phone and Fax Number
Contractor's License #
Correct Project Name
List ALL Included Specification Sections
List Job Specific Clarifications & Exceptions separately
from Boiler Plate Exclusions
Include a Grand Total - we may not have time to add
up your line items
Indicate ALL Certifications (DVBE, MBE, etc.)

If you intend not to include a specific scope of work that falls within your specification sections, please contact the lead estimator before bid day so he/she has time to get another subcontractor to bid the specialty items.
