This award-winning project included a mix of 10 one- and two-story buildings totaling 349,000 square feet on 54 acres. Some of these buildings were wood framed and others were compromised of a structural steel skeleton with metal stud wall framing. All of the buildings were adorned with glazing elements, a lath and plaster system and thin-brick veneer. One of the buildings was a performing arts building complete with state-of-the-art technological lighting and sound features and a library. There was also a large sports complex including two pools, an outdoor football stadium, two softball fields, two baseball fields, and numerous other site amenities.
