Fairmont Elementary School - Distinguished Project Award Winner for the 2010 Western Council of Construction Consumers. A LEED Silver 53,000 sf two-story tilt up replacement Elementary School built on an existing playground while the original building was in use. There are 27 classrooms including one specialized room for resource programs, two kindergarten classrooms and three special education classrooms. There is a multipurpose room with a full basketball court, stage and storage space, a library, a computer lab, a kitchen, administrative offices, collaboration spaces, custodial rooms and teacher work rooms.

Salinas Valley State Prison - Distinguished Project Award Winner for the 2010 Western Council of Construction Consumers. This is a 64 bed expansion project to the mental health clinic in the existing prison. The ongoing project is seeking LEED Silver certification by incorporating sustainable design principles such as lighting control, a vacuum waste plumbing, indoor air quality and super-efficient mechanical systems. In addition, this project is utilizing readily-renewable materials such as certified lumber. The project will attain a 22.5% energy savings over standard design and will save California taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars in energy costs.

Creekview Ranch Middle School - Creekview Ranch is one of the first in the entire country of Placer, to attain LEED Gold certification. By incorporating energy efficient lighting and mechanical design and using readily renewable materials, this school has has created in order to save energy and be a model in California LEED construction.

Vista del Lago High School - This campus incorporates sustainable design and achieves a 26.5% savings above the law's budget regulations and is expected to save the district close to $57,000 annually - millions over the life of the school. This project won the (Western Council of Construction Consumers) WCCC's Exceptional Project for 2008.

Dougherty Valley High School - This stunning school was selected Best of CA - Northern California, California Construction Magazine and the WCCC's Distinguished Project Award. While the project did not pursue LEED certification, a number of the sustainable design and energy saving procedures and apparatus were included.
