Special Projects Division

Roebbelen’s Special Projects Division offers smaller project services including building additions, tenant improvements, tenant build-outs, seismic and cosmetic retrofits and much, much, more for private clients, building owners, commercial real estate professionals, property managers, medical facilities and more. This division meets the challenges of working with an existing facility where downtime is not an option. Working within tight deadlines we provide on-site supervision, speedy service, quality control, constant job cleanup and all the attention to detail that clients expect from a large construction firm, however most of the projects serviced are under $150,000.

Roebbelen’s special projects division is staffed to perform projects as small as a door replacement to full tenant build-outs. The division can also supply all design, permitting and preconstruction services offered on large projects. In addition, Roebbelen can act as the liaison with building departments and municipalities saving our clients time, money and additional paperwork. Since 1998, we have completed over 6,000 projects (over $600 million dollars) in services similar to those offered in our special projects division.
