Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Terry is responsible for company messaging, branding and image. She leads the marketing research, planning and implementation effort, and supports the market leaders and their staff in client outreach and client experience initiatives. She enjoys developing and implementing strategic initiatives, as well as energizing and coaching individuals and teams to be their best, while working together to pursue company goals. 

Terry has been providing marketing, business development and communications consulting services to architecture, engineering and construction firms across the country for more than 30 years. She is a Fellow, Certified Professional Services Marketer, and one of 12 national subject matter experts tapped to create the Society for Marketing Professional Services Markendium: The Body of Knowledge. Her focus is on research, strategy and results, achieved through creative problem solving, collaborative work teams and operational efficiencies. She holds a BS in Marketing and MBA in Management.
