Position: Project Executive

Reports to: Vice President, Construction Management

Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. is an award-winning, self-performing general contractor and construction manager making an impact on the community since 1959. We are seeking a Project Executive who is a seller-doer and excellent at building client relationships. The Project Executive will provide client and project leadership, planning, coordination, direction, and execution. They will also direct and lead initiatives that ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and project performance to ensure the requirements for the contract.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate seller-doer capabilities through leadership in business pursuits and strategy
  • Mentor, manage and train team members to ensure continuous development
  • Provide team and project oversight, technical expertise, and leadership related to conceptualization, design, engineering, systems, material, and construction means and methods
  • Direct, manage, and monitor activities of project teams, contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities
  • Oversee controls for cost, logistics, safety, and procedures related to project and client requirements
  • Develop industry-related resources, networks, and technical solutions. Build new and nurture existing relations with industry partners
  • Ensure projects successfully close and secure guarantees, warranties, and related provisions for final project delivery to owner entities
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in all facets of Construction Management
  • Experience managing K-12 or Higher Education construction projects
  • Experience providing program management
  • Seller-Doer accustomed to building client relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of contracts, documents, drawings, specifications, and construction management principles
  • Ability to always represent Roebbelen and client entities in a professional manner
