Executive Management

Ken Wenham

President / Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wenham began his construction career as a Journeyman Carpenter in 1989. He joined Roebbelen in 2000. In 2007, Ken became a partner in the organization. Mr. Wenham moved upward within the company, as Project Manager, Division Manager, Operations Manager, and Vice President of Construction Operations. In March 2011 Mr. Wenham was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Roebbelen.

Robert Kjome

Chief Business Development Officer

Mr. Kjome joined Roebbelen in 1992 and has been a successful member of the Estimating team for over 18 years. In 1999, Mr. Kjome was appointed Vice President of Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. overseeing and securing continuity between the Preconstruction and Estimating Departments. In 2000, he became a partner in the organization and in 2010 he was appointed Executive Vice President. In 2014 Mr. Kjome was appointed Chief Business Development Officer, leading the business development efforts of our market segment leaders as well as oversight of the estimating, preconstruction and contract negotiations of the firm.

Robert McLean

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. McLean joined the Roebbelen organization in 1996. He served as a Project Manager until 2004, when he took on the role of Division Manager in charge of construction operations for the Roebbelen Construction Management Services Division. In 2006, Mr. McLean became a partner in the organization. In 2009, he was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Operations where he led all business operations of the company. In 2010, Mr. McLean was appointed Executive Vice President where he currently oversees all construction activities; organizing, planning and managing resources to ensure a successful project completion.

Frank Lindsay

Vice President

Mr. Lindsay joined Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. in 1999 as a Project Manager. Formerly the Division Manager of Estimating and Mission Critical Divisions, he was appointed Director of Business Development in 2010. In 2012, Mr. Lindsay became a partner in the organization. His current position allows him to utilize his operational skills as well as his pricing skills to provide innovative solutions to our client’s challenging construction needs.

Bruce Stimson

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Stimson joined Roebbelen in March 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. Bruce brings over 30 years of experience to the Roebbelen team, most of which were with Sacramento area construction firms. He has worked for companies in all different facets of the construction industry – from underground, mechanical and electrical subcontracting to vertical construction.

Adam Villacara

Vice President, Negotiated Education

Mr. Villacara joined Roebbelen in 2004 as a Project Manager bringing nearly a decade of commercial construction experience at that time. In 2006, he was promoted to Senior Project Manager and was responsible for overseeing various construction projects for the company. In 2014, Mr. Villacara was appointed Vice President and is currently responsible for overseeing the company’s Negotiated Education market segment. His current position leverages his pre-construction and operational experience enabling him to provide creative solutions for our valued customers.


Bryan Todd

Vice President, Corrections

Mr. Todd has been with Roebbelen since 2001. He began his career with the company in the project engineer and project manager roles and in 2014 he was appointed Vice President, overseeing the company’s Corrections market segment. In this role he draws on his extensive knowledge of corrections construction as added value to hard bid, design build, and construction management clients.


Joel Gallion

Vice President, Hard Bid

Mr. Gallion joined the Roebbelen organization in 2011 and brings over 17 years of estimating and project management experience on a mixture of design-build and hard bid projects. He was appointed Vice President in 2014 and is currently overseeing Roebbelen’s Hard Bid market segment. In this role Mr. Gallion will lead the hard bid estimating process and oversee projects that are awarded within this segment.


Marsha Perry Taras

Vice President, Construction Management

Ms. Perry Taras has worked to implement building programs for more than 20 years, primarily assisting K-12 and higher education clients. Ms. Perry Taras has planned and programmed over 1 billion dollars in completed construction projects. She has been a consultant for more than 10 years working with education, redevelopment and corrections clients. She began her career working for the Elk Grove Unified School District, and understands building development from an owner’s perspective. Ms. Perry Taras joined Roebbelen in 2015.


Rich Miller

Director of Construction Operations

Mr. Miller joined Roebbelen in 2003. He draws from solid experience in scheduling, coordinating, and directing subcontractor activities. As Director of Construction Operations, he interfaces and oversees the entire project management staff. By working with the project managers and other team members, Mr. Miller is positioned to assemble the most effective team for the construction project.

Debbie Struhm

Corporate Communication Director

Ms. Struhm joined Roebbelen in 2007 after 10 years of working as a vendor for the company, consulting in marketing and promotional advertising. With thirty years of experience in marketing and customer relations, Ms. Struhm provides Roebbelen a perspective that often is overlooked in construction. Clients can rely on retaining Roebbelen as a resource who understands what it means to do “whatever it takes” to make it happen. Communicating our brand to clients and incorporating our core values into the message delivered to them is her goal.


Mike Johnson

General Superintendent

Mr. Johnson joined Roebbelen in 2014 and brings over 33 years of experience as a superintendent. As General Superintendent, Mr. Johnson will help manage, teach, and support our field personnel. In this role, he will continue the education and training of field personnel to help improve and maintain quality and productivity on job sites. Mr. Johnson will ensure the safety of our employees and fellow workers, build good relationships, and help schedule manpower. His extensive experience in the field and strong leadership skills will enable him to serve as an advocate for field personnel.
