Joel Gallion has over 25 years of project management and estimating experience working on a mixture of design-build and design-bid-build projects. Joel joined Roebbelen as an estimator in 2010 and advanced to Vice President overseeing Roebbelen’s Public Works market segment. Most recently, Joel was named Senior Vice President of Operations, expanding his duties to support the operational success for Roebbelen’s seven market sectors.
