Mr. Dossa spent the first 19 years of his professional career as an Architect, designing educational projects, industrial facilities, medical clinics, and other public works projects. For the past 20 years he has managed the construction of various civic and educational projects, large healthcare facilities, and public municipality projects.        Mr. Dossa’s  versatile background and unique skill set are an instrumental part of Roebbelen’s preconstruction services: managing the design process, developing project master plans and scheduling, and document reviews, with the ultimate goal of setting projects up to succeed.
