American High School

Roebbelen worked together with Program Manager, and the Fremont Unified School District to develop the scope for two new science and classroom buildings to be added to the American High School campus. The campus experienced growth over the last five years and needed the addition of 10 science laboratories and 8 classrooms. It was determined that the project would be delivered design build. Roebbelen developed a scoring criteria to review all of the design build proposals and evaluate them equally.
