Auburn Regional Consolidation

The Auburn Regional Consolidation consolidated and relocated two major operating service center facilities to an existing light industrial campus in Auburn, California. The project includes two existing buildings totaling 145,000 SF for office and shop functions, and construction of a new fleet maintenance building, warehouse buildings, and hazardous waste storage building totaling another 29,000 SF. The new facility also includes a 15 AC service yard consisting of materials storage areas, large and small service vehicle parking, staging areas for job assembly and employee parking.
