Innovation Design Center

This project is the renovation of The Cardinal French Laundry building (circa 1931) and an addition of a new area. A large portion of the “open-space” interior was built with reclaimed products, low VOC paint, and energy efficient HVAC and lighting. The $3M project has 15 different types of lighting – all specific to the needs of each workspace. Special features include a garage door in the Vice President’s office, a “UFO ceiling” and a partition wall created from recycled CAT 5 wire from the corporate office. This project is pursing LEED Platinum and is one of three of its type in the world. The other two are in Tel Aviv and Plano, Texas.
