Kennedy Middle School Administration Building & Parking Lot

Roebbelen provided construction management services for the demolition of existing buildings, portable classrooms and various site items in order to construct a new administration building and family center. The single story building is 4,200 square feet of administrative office space and support services. The site work included a new parking lot with EV charging stations, wide drive aisles, safe drop-off zones, new paving for path of travel and low maintenance landscaping to beautify the frontage.
