Laurel Upper Campus

The project involved the demolition and abatement of an existing campus and construction of a 58,000 square foot new Elementary School. The new facility includes 19 teaching stations, a library, gymnasium, and administration services area. The project entailed access roads, new drop off/pick up area, staff/visitor parking, hard court play space, a grass play field, asphalt running track, extensive site development, landscape, storm drainage retention and appurtenant work. The buildings were constructed with structural steel, metal stud infill, with plaster and stone cladding on the exteriors.
