Sacramento County Fleet Maintenance Building

The original 40-year old maintenance facility was replaced by this new 42,300 SF maintenance building which includes 9,000 SF for staff and administration. This facility features six light vehicle bays and a large parts area, 11 heavy vehicle bays, two fabrication bays and parts area that are 30 feet high to accommodate the heavy fleet, chassis wash bays and tire shop. The employee facilities include break areas, locker rooms and administrative space.
