California Exercise Simulation Center

This project was a 20,000 square foot tenant improvement creating training rooms for emergency response simulations. Space includes an observation and control room to monitor high tech emergency response simulations. The simulations are for the training of various federal, state and local agencies providing emergency response. The space includes numerous flat screen monitors, an operable horizontal sound wall, raised flooring and extensive audio visual features.

The improvements also included the addition of a new boardroom for Sacramento Metro Fire Department’s Headquarters and also provided private offices, conference rooms, a server room and a fitness center.
